Searching for tutorial

Hey guys, I'm looking for a specific tutorial. I've looked through all the memories that might have resembled what I'm looking for. I made an icon out of it a few weeks ago but forgot to put it in my memories. And I went back to look for it so I could add it, but I don't see it anymore. Here's the icon I made, which is almost exactly like the tutorial (minus a streak of light that was in the original icon near the film strip-y thing)



I've looked through dozens of memories and even gone back through two months of posts, but I couldn't find it anywhere. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
