im having problems..and im not sure why.

i use psp8 and im trying to add new brushes to the ones i already have, and they arent working?
my old brushes work just fine when i click and select them, but the newer ones i have to shake the mouse in order for them to show up and then they end up looking like,

is there a certain setting that im doing wrong when i create it as a brush?



thats what i have...and thats what i usually have? at least what i thought i always had?

it was a problem with the "step" settings. i got it now.
