Site Location?

I checked the rules and there was nothing against asking this sort of question, but if it somehow changed then this post can be deleted.

I remember visiting a site where it had text brushes and other such resources. It featured a lot of models for graphics and paisley backgrounds, a very put-together and colourful website. I remember on the main page, the first graphic had an arrow pointing down where you had to scroll to see the menu.

Anyone know what I'm talking about? Any direction is helpful!
