How to credit icons tutorial

I know there has probably been one done before, but I am currently making a resources page for my journal and made a "How to credit icons" tutorial for it. Thought I'd share just in case anyone wanted this one.

Feel free to use, link to or do whatever with it! :-D   I love comments. Tell me if I should add anything of be more clear on anything. (It is image heavy)
