Vibrant Coloring?

Hello *waves*

I need some help. I was wondering if anyone could help me achieve the rich, vibrant colors like in the icons behind the cut? I mostly use curves and levels, but I assume there are some gradients involved here. I just can't seem to achieve the brightness.
