Colouring Help
I've looked through all the memories, tried countless tutorials (and i seriously mean countless X3) and experimented till my brain hurts to try and get these types of colouring effects:

The only difference is that all the tutorials i have tried seem to be for real life based people (actors and such), where as most (nearly all) the icons i work with are anime/game based, i'm not sure if that makes a difference or not.
If anyone could help me i would be so grateful ^_^ I use PS7 btw.
