I just made the icon I'm using now basically out of sheer luck.
I somehow got it to look good and under 40k.
But now I wanted to add his name (and make ones for Hermione and Ron) so I started over and now I can't seem to save it without lowering the quality.

It seems like I've seen far more complex icons.. how is it that mine is too big?
