Fonts

I've noticed that the font Dyspepsia has become pretty popular for LJ user's icons. I recently download the font, and extracted it into the font file. And then just in case, I dragged it to the Font file. When I went into Jasc PSP8, it didn't show up, even after restarting my computer. Does anyone know what I can do to make my font available to use?

EDIT:I am aware of how to get to the font folder. I put the file in and it appears like it should, but when I go to use it on any program, the option to use the font doesn't show up. I would like to know how I can use the font.
