You're all brillant people, so I figured I'd ask if anyone knew how to get a falling snow effect on an icon. I've looked through the memories, but only found how to make rain, which isn't what I need. I'm using Adobe Photoshop CS and Image Ready. I'm guessing you could make a layer with small white dots and then move it around, but I'm wondering if there's an easier way.
