HELP! Pleassee? ;_;

Okay, so I'm working on several different icon ideas with Photo shop 7... And I have image ready as well... But I've never really honestly used them before... @_@

And I'm trying to make an animated icon... @_@ If someone could KINDLY point me in the right direction... I'd be ever so greatful!
