I couldn't find this in the archive.

I'm using PSP 9. And I would  like to get this:   effect on my icons.

So when I put text on it it looks like this :. What I think looks great.

I tried to put text on a normal basic. But then I get this: . I don't think it's pretty.

Can anybody explain me how to get that effect in the first picture?.
