ok. since no one could really help me on my last question..which was:

all the PNG pictures on the internet are showing up as red x's. does anyone know why? or how to fix it?
i have VERIZON MSN dsl...on my dell laptop

so i was wondering this time...if anyone knows a file format that saves image quality like PNG does
cause jpg is ruining all my pictures...and gif definitely wont help....so can anyone tell me which file format saves image quality also?
