image transition?

i was reading this tutorial on how to make a pinwheel background. in the animation steps it say to go to insert, image transition. the program they are using is animation shop and i am using image ready. where can i find image transition in image ready?

there's also another tutorial i am reading in silentsanity's journal that says something about an image transition so i would just like to know where i could find it.
