Animation?

Yes hi, having the memories down really is a pain *shakes fist*

Anyway to my question.

I have several video clips that I want to use but both Imageready 7.0 and my Animation Shop 6 refuse to open them. They are all .mov files and apparently aren't supported by my programs. Is there anyway I could still open them using my programs? If not, is there a different animation program you guys would recommend?
