Alrighty...this has to be one of the most beautiful icons I've ever seen. (Really way up there on my top five list).

So...anyway, how do yall think she/he did this? Aside from the awesome manip? I mean the softness? Do you think that was merely soft focus? I'd love to figure this one out or see the tut for this one if it exists. (I'm using PSP 9).
