Okay, I don't normally ask questions like this, but since the memories have gone AWOL again, I've been kind of forced to.

One of my dearest friends on LJ was wondering how make an icon that has a still background picture but with an animation in it. Does that make sense?

Anyway, she uses Jasc Animation Shop, whereas my area of expertise is in Adobe Imageready. Since I've never used Jasc Animation Shop, I'm kind of hopeless, lol.

Nonetheless, if any of you have expertise in it, please feel free to say something.
