Can anyone help me get this effect: http://tinypic.com/73nrde.png on an icon?(I'm sorry, I don't know whose icon this is, I just found it somewhere) Especially the text and the coloring. I'm sure its quite simple but I've messed around with my PSP9 for quite awhile without luck. Thanks in advance
