I need help in finding a particular tutorial that I believe was posted on this community. The memories are still down for me, and I'm guessing I might have overlooked while searching for it here. Anyways, the tutorial I'm looking for is (generally) called "animated crying" or "animated tears", or something similiar to those. The effect was to take an image and add animated tears to it so its subject looks like s/he's crying.
