What can I do about image quality with PS?
I made a header here:

it is High JPG and its size is 99 Kb. While I was making it I tried to save it under PNG but the file size came out to be 599 KB, too big for photobucket (it resizes it)
Frankly, I prefer png, because JPG is just plain ugly but because of file size, I simply can't.
So how can I have it as PNG, while not having such a HUGE file size?... or How can I have the smallest size of a file without ruining the image quality?
