Color Bar Question

Would it be possible for anyone to help me on how to make a color bar, I've been asked to make some but I'm not sure on how to go about it. I'd looked through the memories because I was sure I'd seen the same question posted here before but nothing came up. I hope someone can help me, thank you so much
