My first tutorial.. go easy on me! ^_^

Today we will be going from a simple picture of Sora from Kingdom Hearts 2 to a shiney pretty icon. Image hosted by Photobucket.com Very few steps, made in PSP9, but easily translatable, I'm sure. 


Since LJ cuts hate me for some odd reason, no matter what I do, this tut will be posted at my icon LJ in full.
