This is my 2nd tutorial and I hope you like it *grins*

I'll be making this in PSP9 but it should be able to work in other programs *wink* Hopefully it's not too hard :D

First get an image of what you want. I got mine of Emmy Rossum from www.emmy-rossum.net from her Vogue 2004 photoshoots J

I resized the picture to 100x100 so it could look like this:

I didn’t really like it so I went to Layers à New Adjustment Layers à Brightness and Contrast

Brightness: 10

Contrast: 20

Then ok.

So this is what It looked like

…thought it needed a bit more colour so I set the blending options on soft light 100% and I duplicated the layer and set the blending options to soft light 50%

Much better J Flatten XD

From there I made a new layer and filled it with #0d2d53 and set it to exclusion

Now do the following:

Ok so it didn't turn out that well...not to worry we'll fix that later :)

Ok I made a new layer and selected a piece of Emmy and put it to the right side where there was space.

Then I got this brush  from Hybrid-Genesis  and set the colour on #FFFFFF (white) and put it at the edge of the selected piece of Emmy

I cropped her face and add a border 3 pixels and set it to greyscale

Now add a little text brush 

Colour:  #9f5c47

Now I said i'd fix the picture up :) Get the original base  and set it Soft Light 56%

and then I added this texture by _joni

 Screen 100%

Now this is our end result:
