My first tutorial. Whoo.
How to go from this to this:
using PS7
Okay, first we take the picture and crop it down into a base. Today we'll be using a picture of the lovely Alexz Johnson.
Next, take this gradient:
which was made by me, no stealing, and set it on lighten at 100%.
Then take this gradient:
also made by me, and set it on overlay at 100%.
This is depressingly easy, isn't it?
Take this cool little number:
and resize it and put that on overlay at 100% too. I can't remember who made it, but the credit is in my info.
Theennn go back to the base and duplicate it. Drag the duplication up to the top of all the layers and desaturate it:
. Set it to soft light.
Vola, you now have an icon.
