Hi, I was trying to make an icon and I don't know how to do something that I want to do. If I have a picture and I want to select a spot in the inside, is there a way that I can take that selected spot and make it transparent so that when I paste it over something I will be able to see the picture through the layer? I am using psp 9 btw. Thank you :-)
