Preparing a base
Ok, this tutorial is only staying up for a LIMITED TIME at my journal. It's the
way a few of my bases are prepared and turned into icons. I'll be
deleting the tutorial after some time, but I'll probably make another
tutorial soon. Oh and I use PS7, but I think this tutorial is easy enough to translate to most programs.
