Screencapping with WMP

Alrighty...I have a problem. I'm playing a DVD on Windows Media Player
and then I use
the Print Screen button to copy the video image. I paste the image and
the capture shows up, but the only problem is that when I move the
picture, the stuff around it moves, but not the screen cap. It's like
the screencap refuses to move around the screen and just stays put. Oh,
its so hard to explain...I can't post a picture of it...But I hope
someone can understand what I mean...
