Is it possible to save a manipulated image as a .grd or texture file (or brush even) in PSP9?

Or would you have to use the image as a gradient/texture mask?

could I save that as a .grd file?



also is it possible to create jagged borders like this in PSP9:

and how do you set the transparency?
