Ahh!

Okay, in PSP 9, my burshes have not been wroking. I haven't even been able to access them! I'll crop and image and sharpen it and soften it but when i click on the brush tool, nothing happens for like 10 minutes then a little box pops up and says "runtime error" and PSP just freezes. Does anyone have any clue to this mess?
