I am hopeless...lol... Omg I have been stressing out with this alllll day...
I have been looking at some tutorials and trying them out but it isn't working for me at all. :-( I am having trouble with the layers and how they all "blend" together... I can not make these snazzy kind of icons and I want to sooo bad.. Is there anybody that could give me specific steps, like word for word on how to make this icon from this tutorial?
