help please...

Hi everyone... I'm new to this community and need desperate help. I use paintshop pro 9 and I have a question about brushes. I recently downloaded some of of the net, but whenever I go into paintshop and open an image and click the brushes, the ones that I recently downloaded aren't there at all :-( If anybody has any knowledge as of to why this happens and can help me I would greatly appreciate it... Thank you soooo much.
