a few quick questions
I have been making icons for awhile but just recently got a good program (PSP9)
-Is it possible to do an exclusion layer in PSP9? And how do you make borders for icons (or anything) that are jagged/irregular?
-In an icon like
this one by 
dismembered, how do you make one part of the photo grayscale and the other part colorized (and such a small part)? The magic wand tool?
-And lastly, is it possible to remove text from a foreground so only the background shows? (I know the opposite is possible).
