Newbie

Hey I have one quick question that has been really bothering me...

Everytime I try to save a motion icon from someones journal, I right click it and go to "save picture as" and it will only let me save it as .bmp format. And livejournal doesnt except that. So, I try to change the format on varius programs but once I do, the icon isn't in motion anymore.
So, my question is...How do I change the format to still having the icon in motion?

If anyone can help me...this would be great. For some reason I use to be able to change the format just fine, but now I can't :/.
