no doubt this question has been asked before, but i searched many pages back, couldn't find anything, and i don't know where to start in the memories because i don't know what the effect is called. even if you redirect me to a link or something i can delete this post immediatley after.


how do i get the effect like on these icons (both made by mkstyle), with certain parts, like the eyes and lips, so sharp, and the skin so smooth? i use PSP8 by the way, so instructions through that would be easier =)
