okay so the problem is my psp9. it wont let me copy and paste etc using shortcuts. (CTRL+L , CTRL+V, CTRL+C, CTRL+Z, etc) it just doesnt work. i have had this problem before and it fixed itself when i restored my computer. i've tried reinstalling but it doesnt work. help?
