hey everyone. well i have been a member here for a long time now and was just basically waiting around for a problem to happen and ask you great people for advice.

i got this banner made for me as an icon challenge award. unfortunately the maker saved it as a .jpeg file so it has that sort of blurry-ness to it. is there anyway that i can fix the image so it can go away? i tried the blur tool but it doesnt seem to look right. i am using photoshop cs. thanks if you can help!
