help me :/

Im having a bit of a problem resizing my pictures to 100x100 this may seem like a stupid question but I have been trying to figure it out for an hour If you click the link you will see the trouble Im having..

but pretty much I try to resize it to 100x100 but it refuses and makes it like 85x100

id there anything i can do to make it exactly 100x100
