I don't know if this has been covered, but is there anyway to do this effect on PSP?
I know this icon was done in PS. I'm speaking specifically of the smoothness of the face. And the eyes as well. (The black around the eyes).
I'd really love to see a tut on this, but wasn't certain that this is possible to due in PSP. I'm using PSP 9.
