Looking for tutorial on rainbow "(something) is love" graphics

There was a tutorial that I glimpsed a very long time ago about how to make one of those rainbow-colored "(something) is love" graphics. I looked through the Memories, but I didn't see it, and I don't remember who it was by... if it helps, I think the one they were making had strawberries. Does anyone know where I can find it (or something like it)?
