HELP!!!

my photoshop won't open. i've tried everyway to open it, but it loads, and the window just closes by itself! i've tried opening imageready, which works, and clicked the 'jump to photoshop' button, but it doesn't work either. i've tried shutting down the computer and restarting it. but it still wouldn't open!! can anyone help? please and thank you!!!!! i've checked the memories, but i couldn't find anything on this topic.
