Hilary Duff tutorial

Okay,

I saw a Hilary and Haylie Duff icon tutorial the other day, but I forgot to add it to memories. It was brightly colored, had a movie real overlaying the photo, and said FAME. I've been desperately trying to find that tutorial in different communities, but either I keep overlooking it, or I just can't find it. So, if anyone knows the icon and tutorial I'd love to have it.
