PowerDVD screencaps

I've had a look through the memories for an answer to this but I didn't come across one, sorry if I missed something.

My problem is how the screencaps come out when I take them using PowerDVD. For one it seems I ave to click the camera button twice for it to actually copy, and then when I paste the image into a program (I generally use PS7) they come out Distorted. I can change this manually by stretching the image, but then it comes out looking Pixelated

I don't know what could be causing this, whether it's a glitch within the program or something, or it's just some kind of copyright protection or whatever you call it. If it is a glitch is there a patch or codec or something out there to download?
