Hey this is my firs tutorial so please be nice XD! Today we will be going from this: To This:





Crop your image to 100x100

Duplicate tha base
Do a Gaussian Blur and set the radius to 3.00
Set it to Overlay at 100% Opacity
Merge

Get this Gradient (I don't know who made this, if you do, please let me know)
Make a new layer and fill it with that gradient
Set it to Saturation at 62% Opacity




Make a new layer and fill it with this gradient made be scarsonchest I believe
Set it to Saturation Lagacy at 74% Opacity



Make a new layer and fill it with this gradient (Also made by scarsonchest I think
Set it to Multiply at 64% Opacity



Duplicate the Base and move to the top then set to Dissolve at 100% Opacity





Make a new layer and fill with this Texture, (Don't know who made this one either, sorry. If you know, please tell me XD)


Set it to HArd light at 38% opacity




Merge all layers and add text if so desired.
There you go!
