Question about a previous tutorial

Hey all.

I have just finished scanning the memories and all the entries in the past month but found nothing (but I may have missed it - scanning etc)

Recently, I think in the past two months or so, there a question about how to acheive a rainbow border effect for this Jessica Simpson colourbar. Then, someone posted the tutorial for how to do this effect.

I forgot to save it to my memories and would be glad if anyone could point me in the right direction?
