Brushes and Templates...

I'm trying to learn to better use templates and brushes, and I'm looking for good places to get them. Any suggestions? I've found some in the past posts, of course. But, I'm a hog for things like that. *lol*

Brushes for PSP preferred, but I can use brushes for PS as well.
Templates in pretty much any format...
