Question about Feathering
Hi guys!
I had a question about the technique feathering. I was looking through the archives because I saw a tutorial on a banner using this technique about a week ago or something. I looked for it in the memories, but couldn't find it. Does anyone have a link to that tutorial?
Also, I read another tutorial that mentioned feathering. It was a tutorial for PSP though and I have PS7. Is feathering only available in PSP? If so, is there a similar function in PS?
