Maybe this is a stupid question, but I've been having an annoying problem in photoshop (PS7). Sometimes when I'm trying to move something around on a layer, like text or a brush or whatever, when I drag it, it...jumps back to where it was and won't stay where I put it. Does that happen to anyone else? How do I fix it? Or is it a problem with my mouse?
