does anyone know how to outline the person or object such as in this icon im using by 
infected_icon if you dont get what i mean, im just asking how do you get the outline (ewan mcgregor and his lightsaber are outlined in white). please and thank you if you can help. and i am using Adobe Photoshop 7.0. im thinking you just freehand with a paintbrush but is there an easier way?
