This is my first tut and i've had ALOT of inspiration from other tut...hopefully you'll enjoy it and don't have too much trouble because this is very easy....

From this  to this

Ok I made this tut on PSP9 but it should be able to transfer to any other program...

Now I got this picture of Natalie Portman from Hello-Stranger.net and resized it to 100x100

 --->

Then I went to Unsharp Mask

 Radius = 51.49

Strength = 17

Clipping = 10

Once you've done that use your Unsharp Mask again with the same Radius, Strength and Clipping

Then you duplicate your base go to Adjust --> One Step Photo Fix and set the Opacity on 30%

Flatten then Sharpen

 <---That should be our result...

 <---Screen 100%

  I made this just by adding small boxes and adding a purple gradient (set on Screen 100%) to make it into this

Cropped the eye and put a 2 pixel border around and set it to Greyscale

Now add this brush  (made by ???) Size = 28 Colour #F3B3F7 or any light purple will do

 (Made by shaunasweetness ) Set it on Screen 100%

Now you couldn't see it what it said so I went to Effects --> 3D Effects --> Drop-Shadow

Vertical = 1

Horizantol (Shuddup! Can't spell...:p) = 1

Opacity = 100

Blur = 8.00

Colour = #d307c2

END RESULT
