Bold Color
Start with the image 98x98.
Shift+ H set the saturation to -28.
Duplicate the layer set it to hardlight.
Fill a new layer with #F7DAD9 set to multiply.
Fill a new layer with #1E3044 set to exclusion.
Merge everything down.
Duplicate the layer 2 times.
Set the middle layer to normal @ 14% with a gaussian blur of 2.0.
Set the top layer to soft light 100%.
Adjust Brightness and Contrast>>Automatic Contrast Enhancement.
Select Darker, Normal, Bold.
