Effect

if you have any thoughts on how to do the following, please tell me! im desperate to know if ANYONE knows how to do this lol.

i was wondering how to get a simpler effect of this:

in a smaller graphic with these pictures: 1, 2, 3 (desiringhayden.net)

(i pretty much want to know how to achieve a similar effect in a smaller scale graphic and simple steps with only a few pictures using jasc paint shop pro 8)
